Why not ChatGPT?

Those tools analyse your calls after the fact. DealParley helps you get the call right the first time. Most users keep Gong; the two tools complement each other.
What counts as usage? Is it unlimited?
Solo includes enough coached calls for an active selling pipeline, with fair-use limits so one account can't run up an open-ended bill. If you live on back-to-back calls all day, Pro removes the ceiling. We never cut you off mid-call; limits only ever apply when you start a new one.
How is this priced compared to Gong or Clari?
Those are sold per seat, on annual contracts, usually with a platform fee on top and a quote you only get after a sales call. Do you record my calls?
We do not retain audio recordings. Transcripts (text) are kept so you can review past calls and we can coach future ones. Audio streams through our speech-to-text provider for real-time transcription; their streaming API does not archive audio at all on the streaming path we use. What about my team?
